Actor Sharwanand celebrates his birthday today, and the team of his upcoming film “Bhogi” marked the occasion by unveiling a special poster.
Directed by Sampath Nandi, the film is being produced by K. K. Radhamohan under the Sri Sathya Sai Arts banner and presented by Lakshmi Radhamohan.
The birthday poster presents Sharwanand in a rugged and intense avatar. Sporting curly hair and a thick beard, he appears raw and rebellious. In the film, he plays a character named Ganga, indicating a significant transformation in his look and body language.
Set against the backdrop of the North Telangana–Maharashtra border during the late 1960s, the story is said to feature strong action elements. The shooting is currently taking place on a massive set erected in Hyderabad.
The film also stars Anupama Parameswaran and Dimple Hayathi as the female leads. Music is composed by Bheems Ceciroleo.
“Bhogi” is scheduled to hit the screens on August 28.
