The ndustry buzz suggests that the team behind “Raaka”, directed by Atlee, is planning legal protection for Allu Arjun’s signature mannerisms, dance moves, and styling associated with the film.
This is not merely a copyright issue but also a commercial branding battle. After the “Srivalli” step and “Taggede Le” gesture from “Pushpa” went viral, thousands of unofficial reels, ads, and promotional videos emerged online. From small local businesses to meme pages and commercial brands, many reportedly used Bunny’s image and signature expressions without authorization.
According to reports, the makers do not want a similar situation to repeat with “Raaka”. They are said to be legally registering the character’s styling, iconic moves, and mannerisms even before the film’s release to safeguard the brand identity.
It is also being reported that Allu Arjun has already approached the Delhi High Court seeking protection against unauthorized use of his name, voice, image, and signature style.
