Finally, Prabhas spoke about “Kalki 2” and said he can’t wait to see the magic unfold. “Kalki 2” is the second part of the “Kalki 2898 AD” franchise. Directed by Nag Ashwin, “Kalki 2898 AD” grossed over Rs 1000 crore worldwide.
However, Prabhas’s other commitments have pushed the start of “Kalki 2” to next year.
As Nag Ashwin celebrates his birthday today, Prabhas wished the director through his Instagram stories, mentioning that the director’s vision and commitment continue to inspire him. Prabhas wrote: “Wishing a very happy birthday to this amazing human, Nagi… Your vision and commitment always inspire me. Sending lots of love… Can’t wait to see the Kalki 2 magic…. Super excited!!”
Nag Ashwin has directed three films so far: Yevade Subramanyam, Mahanati, and Kalki 2898 AD—all successful films.
