Megastar Chiranjeevi recently underwent a minor back surgery after experiencing discomfort in his lower back. Following medical evaluation, doctors diagnosed spinal-related issues and advised a surgical procedure.
Despite being in considerable pain, the 70-year-old actor continued shooting and completed his pending portions. Only after the shoot was fully wrapped did he opt for the surgery. Chiranjeevi has now recovered well and is back on his feet.
He is all set to actively participate in the promotions of his upcoming film “Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Guru,” which is slated for a grand release on January 12, 2026.
Earlier, Chiranjeevi had also undergone knee surgery, but that has not slowed him down. Directed by Anil Ravipudi, “Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Guru” is carrying strong buzz and expectations. The megastar is expected to attend the film’s pre-release event and take part in extensive promotional activities.
