Confirmed: Saif Ali Khan as the villain in Adipurush

It’s official. Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan has been confirmed as the main villain in Prabhas starrer epic drama, Adipurush, to be directed by Om Raut.

The makers have announced his name today.

Saif Ali Khan will play the role of Lankesh (aka Raavana). The makers have described that Saif is playing the role of Lankesh, who was the world’s most-intelligent demon 7,000 years ago.

Prabhas will play Lord Rama in this mythology based on Ramayana. Saif Ali Khan is the Raavana. Kiara Advani is being considered to play the role of Sita.

In a press statement, Prabhas said, “I am super excited to work with Saif Ali Khan and I am eager to share screen space with a great actor.”
