Coolie: Lokesh Kangaraj on Nagarjuna’s fight scene leak

On Wednesday, a leaked video of the fight sequence starring Nagarjuna Akkineni in Superstar Rajinikanth’s “Coolie” went viral. Director Lokesh Kanagaraj resorted to social media to express his disappointment at witnessing his hard work go to waste.

“Coolie” is Rajinikanth’s first film with blockbuster director Lokesh Kanagaraj. The film’s shooting is going on for a while. Nagarjuna, who plays a key role in the film, recently filmed a massive fight scene in Vizag and released it online.

“Coolie” is one of the biggest multi-starrer movies in Indian cinema. While Rajinikanth plays the lead role, it has Nagarjuna, Upendra, Shruti Haasan, Sathyaraj, and Soubin Shahir in other important roles.

He wrote, “Two months of hard work by many people have gone in vain because of one recording.”

He also asked that others refrain from sharing it further. “I humbly request everyone not to engage in such practices, as they spoil the overall experience. Thank you,” he added.
