NTR recently put an end to rumors about the shelving of “Devara 2”. During his promotional tour in Japan for the movie “Devara”, he stated that the sequel will soon happen and that they didn’t disband it.
Now, Kalyan Ram, his brother and co-producer of “Devara”, confirmed that the filming of “Devara 2” will take place next year. He mentioned that as soon as NTR wraps up the work on director Prashanth Neel’s “Dragon”, they will take “Devara 2” to the sets.
Kalyan Ram also stated that no other film will begin before “Devara 2”.
Going by his statement, NTR will have “War 2” release this year and “Dragon” next year. And then he will begin work on “Devara 2” because, according to Kalyan Ram, it is in high demand from their fans.

Director Koratala Siva has already been working on the script, he stated.
