‘Devara’ to wrap its talkie portion this month

The film “Devara” is currently being shot in Hyderabad. Even when NTR is not participating in the shoot due to personal commitments, the team is filming scenes with Saif Ali Khan and other cast members. The team is determined to finish the talkie portions (dialogue version including action episodes).

Two songs have been filmed so far. The final three songs will be canned after June or July.

“Devara” is an action drama that has been receiving a lot of attention since NTR rose to global prominence after his previous film “RRR” made it to the Oscars and won the Academy Award for Best Original Song for “Naatu Naatu”.

The first part of “Devara” is set to hit theaters in October. But the filmmakers hope to finish all of the filming except for the songs by the end of April.

Directed by Koratala Siva, “Devara” stars NTR in a dual role alongside Janhvi Kapoor and Shruti Marathe. Anirudh Ravichander composed the music. Sudhakar Mikkilineni and Harikrishna are the film’s producers.
