The producers of ‘Shaakuntalam’ and ‘Dhamki’ have confirmed that their films will not be released in theatres on February 17th. The previously announced plans have now been modified. Both films have been postponed.
“#DasKaDhamki has been postponed due to CG work. The New Release Date will be Announced Soon,” Vishwak Sen tweeted.
We regret to inform our devoted fans that we will be unable to release SHAAKUNTALAM on February 17th. The release date for Shaakuntalam will be announced soon,” the makers of ‘Shaakuntalam’ announced.
Samantha plays the title role in ‘Shaakuntalam,’ directed by Gunasekhar.
The lead actors in ‘Das Ka Dhamki’ are Vishwak Sen and Nivetha Pethuraj. Both of these films are looking for a new release date. While Vishwak Sen is looking for a release date for next month, Samantha’s film is expected to hit theatres in May.
