Director Bala and his wife get divorced

Here comes the news of another celebrity divorce in the South Indian film industry. After Naga Chaitanya – Samantha, Dhanush – Aishwarya, D Imman – Monicka, another celebrity couple went for a separation.

Director Bala his wife Muthumalar got divorced after 17 years of marriage. They have a daughter.

Director Bala made a sensation with his early films like ‘Sethu’ (‘Seshu’ in Telugu), ‘Pithamagan’ (‘Sivaputrudu’ in Telugu), Nenu Devudini, etc. He is currently directing a film with Suriya. Bala is famous for establishing the careers of Vikram and Suriya.

Bala and Malar filed for divorce by mutual consent, and a family court in Chennai granted them divorce last week.
