The Telugu film industry is always at the forefront of giving a helping hand whenever the Telugu states face calamities, natural disasters, or any major problems. The industry and the celebs—the actors, directors, producers, and technicians—had given big donations to the flood relief activities in the past and are doing it again.
As both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states are reeling from massive floods, the film stars have pledged to help both monetarily and in other ways.
Top actors, directors, production houses, and other celebs have announced their donations to both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh’s CM relief funds.
A list of donations…
1. To aid flood relief efforts, Young Tiger NTR announced a contribution of ₹50 lakhs to the Chief Minister’s Relief Funds of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
2. Top director Trivikram, along with producers S Radha Krishna and Naga Vamsi, pledged to donate Rs 25 lakhs each to AP and Telangana CM Relief funds.
3. Siddu Jonnalagadda has announced that AP and Telangana will each receive Rs 15 lakhs.
4. Vishwak Sen revealed his contribution to relief efforts of Rs 5 lakh each for AP and Telangana.
5. Nandamuri Balakrishna, veteran star and politician, came forward to make a contribution of Rs 50 lakhs each to the Chief Minister’s Relief Funds of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
6. Director Venky Atluri announces a contribution of Rs. 5 lakhs each to the CM Relief Funds of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
7. Mahesh Babu said on social media that he will donate Rs 1 crore, with 50 lakh each to the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana Chief Minister Relief Funds.
8. Pawan Kalyan gave Rs 1 crore to the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.
