With the news that Deepika Padukone’s casting has been rejected by director Sandeep Reddy Vanga due to her demands, fans of Prabhas are suggesting various names of actresses to consider. The top choices are Shraddha Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur.
They believe that either of them brings a lot of craze to the project.
Deepika Padukone was initially considered to play the lead role alongside Prabhas in Spirit, a crime drama. According to media reports, she not only demanded hefty remuneration but also a share in the business. Her other demands have also led Sandeep Reddy Vanga and producer Bhushan Kumar to not proceed further.
Shraddha Kapoor earlier paired up with Prabhas in Saaho. They share good chemistry as well.
Mrunal Thakur made a cameo appearance in Prabhas’s Kalki 2898 AD, but she didn’t pair up with him. Fans say these actresses suit Prabhas best because both have a strong fan following among the current generation of youth.
“Spirit” is expected to start rolling after August. Prabhas plays a cop in the film.
