Ooty is used to be a favorite shooting location for Telugu filmmakers in the past. But now, the hill station is not seeing many guests from Tollywood. After a long time, megastar Chiranjeevi headed to this scenic place for a movie shoot.
Chiranjeevi starrer ‘Godfather’ recently completed a shooting schedule in Hyderabad. The team has now shifted to Ooty to film some important sequences. Chiranjeevi and other cast members will participate in this schedule.
Tipped to be a political drama, Tamil director Mohan Raja is directing it. RB Choudary and NV Prasad are producing the flick, Konidela Surekha is the presenter.
Nayanthara is said to be playing a key role. ‘Godfather’ is based on the Malayalam blockbuster, Lucifer. Chiranjeevi is currently working in both ‘Acharya’ and ‘Godfather’. Thaman is scoring the music.
