During the exchange, a follower inquired how she manages internal negative self-talk. Samantha responded by sharing a video of herself and referencing a reel she posted the previous year.

She disclosed that her daily routines encompass exposure to sunlight, keeping a gratitude notebook, meditating, and additional practices—rituals that assist her in managing instances of self-doubt and pessimism.
