Trisha, one of South India’s popular actresses, received a bomb threat directed at her Chennai residence. Along with her home, the threat reportedly mentioned the Governor’s mansion, the Chief Minister’s office, and the BJP headquarters in Chennai.
The police launched an investigation and concluded that the threat was a hoax.
Following the incident, security has been tightened at all the mentioned locations, including Trisha’s residence. The actress, who is unmarried, lives there with her mother.
On the work front, Trisha has one major film in hand: Megastar Chiranjeevi’s “Vishwambhara,” which is set for a summer 2026 release.
