After focusing most of his movies on family, heritance, and home themes, director Trivikram is venturing into a new genre: mythological fantasy. Although there is no official confirmation about the movie’s genre, producer Naga Vamsi has been hinting about large-scale production and a new genre.
Reports on Trivikram Srinivas’ script based on the story of Lord Kartikeya, the God of War, also known as Murugan or Skanda, are currently circulating on social media.
According to reports, Trivikram is reimagining the tale of Lord Kartikeya, incorporating numerous fantasy elements to create a visual and narrative spectacle. If these reports are true, it will be the first genre for both Allu Arjun and director Trivikram, as neither of them has attempted their hands at mythology.
The film, rumored to have a record budget, will begin production this summer. The casting process will also begin shortly.
This marks the fourth collaboration between Allu Arjun and director Trivikram, after their previous hits—Julayi, S/o Sathyamurthy, and Ala Vaikunthapurramloo.
