NTR is currently in the midst of a family vacation abroad. NTR30’s pre-production work, meanwhile, has been kicked off by director Koratala Siva and producer Sudhakar Mikkilineni. NTR and Koratala Siva are reuniting after a hiatus of six years for this yet-untitled film. ‘Janatha Garage’ was their previous collaboration.
The casting process is underway. A couple of other actresses, including Kiara Advani and Rashmika Mandanna, were considered for the role of NTR’s female co-star. However, the producers have recently reached out to Janhvi Kapoor in an effort to cast her. Sources say, Janhvi Kapoor is in negotiations to join the film.
Janhvi Kapoor reportedly gave the first nod. She has yet to formally sign. If she does, the makers will announce it in a big way. She has already stated that NTR is one of her favourite actors.
Rashmika Mandanna is another option if Janhvi Kapoor is unavailable.
The regular shoot for the film will begin in early 2023. Koratala Siva has already started working on music with Anirudh Ravichander. Producer Sudhakar recently opened an office in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. So the film’s production work is moving along at rapid pace.
NTR rose to national prominence following the success of ‘RRR,’ and he is now focusing on expanding the pan-Indian market. So he asked Koratala Siva to make sure everything was perfect, from the script to the casting.
