Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and Deepika Padukone, the lead actors of “Kalki 2898 AD”, attended the pre-release event in Mumbai. This is the first promotional event for the North Indian audience. Deepika Padukone, who is pregnant with her first child, attended the event and also interacted with the media.
All of the stars praised director Nag Ashwin’s work and vision. Rana Daggubati hosted the event.

It is a honor to be a part of Kalki 2898 AD. An absolutely wonderful experience. There has never been a film like this before. I was surprised when Nagi told me this story. The visuals in it are incredible. Taking on such a futuristic project is an amazing experience. He did an excellent job translating his vision on screen. I’ll never forget the Kalki experience.

Director Nag Ashwin is an extraordinary man who appears to be ordinary, much like my teacher Balachander Garu. Nag Ashwin has a talent for presenting his ideas brilliantly. I play bad guy. You’ll be surprised with my role in the film.

Working with legendary actors like Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan is more than just a dream. Amitabh Bachchan is the first actor to reach the entire country. After seeing Kamal Sir’s Sagara sangamam, I asked my mother to dress like Kamal Haasan. Acting alongside such legends is incredible. Acting with Deepika was a wonderful experience.
