A section of media went overdrive in reporting that Bollywood diva Katrina Kaif will be sharing screen space with our superstar Mahesh Babu in director Sukumar’s new film. Fact is that Sukumar is still working on giving final touches to the script and he has not thought of casting actors yet. He wants to approach the lead actresses when the movie is about to hit the floors, not now. But media reports said Sukumar has already approached her to play the female lead opposite Mahesh Babu. However, the ‘Bharat’ actress puts an end to all these rumors.
“I haven’t signed anything after Bharat. As for your question, no, I haven’t even been approached for the film,” she told DNA newspaper. Mahesh Babu – Sukumar film is expected to hit the floors in May or June. Currently, Mahesh Babu is shooting for Vamshi Paidipally’s “Maharshi” that is scheduled for April 25 release.
Katrina Kaif did “Mallishwari” opposite Venkatesh and “Allari Pidugu” with Balakrishna in Tollywood.
