Khushbu defends wedding posts after facing social media criticism

Actress and politician Khushbu Sundar has strongly reacted to criticism she received on social media for sharing pictures from her daughter Avantika’s wedding celebrations.

The controversy began after Khushbu posted photographs from the wedding festivities held in Goa. While many followers congratulated the family, some users questioned her decision to continue sharing wedding memories shortly after the passing of veteran actor-director K. Bhagyaraj.

Responding to the criticism, Khushbu clarified that her daughter’s wedding had taken place less than 48 hours before Bhagyaraj’s demise and said the two events should not be viewed in the same context.

In a direct response to one social media user, Khushbu stated that she had every right to cherish and celebrate one of the most important moments in her daughter’s life. She also questioned why people continued to follow her only to criticize her personal choices and suggested that those who were uncomfortable with her posts could simply unfollow her.

Avantika’s wedding was attended by several prominent personalities from the film industry, including K. Bhagyaraj himself. The ceremony turned into a star-studded gathering with many celebrities blessing the newlywed couple.
