Dulquer Salmaan’s film “Lucky Baskhar” has experienced multiple postponements. At the end of this month (October 31), the film will finally hit theaters. The makers have now released the trailer.
The trailer outlines the fundamental plot, which follows Baskhar Kumar, a regular bank employee, as he rises to become a wealthy man by questionable means. Dulquer Salmaan portrays Baskhar, who lives his wife and child in Mumbai and struggles financially. He decides to violate his ideals in order to become rich using systemic loopholes, which causes a schism between him and his wife.
He claims he is not bad but rather rich. The story of an ordinary man’s journey to riches unfolds in Mumbai during the 1980s and 1990s. Dulquer Salmaan excels in such a grayish role. Meenakshii Chaudhary plays Sumathi, Dulquer Salmaan’s wife, and she seemed to have gotten a role that promises to provide chance to act.
Suryadevara Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya are producing the film. Venky Atluri is the director.
