Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Acharya shoot resumes

After lifting lockdown restrictions of the second wave of coronavirus in Telangana, all biggies have returned to the sets. Today it’s Megastar Chiranjeevi’s turn. Koratala Siva’s ‘Acharya’ has begun the shoot on Wednesday morning.

The film’s shoot is progressing at a specially erected village set in Hyderabad.

‘The shoot of ‘Acharya’ was stalled in April this year as the cases of coronavirus begin to rise. The film has only 15 days of work to be completed. Chiranjeevi is participating in the shoot.

‘Acharya’ went to the floors in 2019. The film has seen a delay in production due to the COVID-19 crisis. After wrapping up this film, director Koratala Siva will move on to direct NTR. The release date for ‘Acharya’ has not yet been fixed.

Chiranjeevi plays a leader with leftist ideology, and his son Ram Charan appears in the lengthy role of Siddha. Kajal Aggarwal is the heroine for Chiranjeevi. Pooja Hegde is paired opposite Ram Charan. Niranjan Reddy of Matinee Entertainments is bankrolling it.
