Mrunal Thakur gets hefty remuneration in Telugu

With just one film, Mrunal Thakur has risen to the ranks of Tollywood’s top actresses. She made her film debut in “Sita Ramam,” which became a box office success. She landed two films with two popular young stars, Nani and Vijay Deverakonda, right away.

While she signed Nani’s 30th film for less than Rs 3 crore, she immediately increased her pay for Vijay Deverakonda’s film.

Mrunal Thakur acquired the film from Vijay Deverakonda and director Parasuram for Rs 3.5 crore. This is such a rapid rise for any actress in such a short period of time.

Though Sreeleela is the busiest actress in Tollywood right now, with over a half-dozen films in her kitty, Mrunal Thakur has seen a meteoric rise in pay. She will earn more than 6.5 crore in Tollywood with just two films. On the other hand, Sreeleela gets Rs 1.5 crore per a film.

The film starring Vijay Deverakonda and Parasuram will soon resume shooting.
