Naga Chaitanya and Venkat Prabhu’s film to begin shortly

Tamil director Venkat Prabhu, whose recent film ‘Manaadu’ was a commercial success and won critical praise alike, is set to debut in the Telugu cinema industry. He will direct Naga Chaitanya in his maiden Telugu attempt. 

The film will start rolling shortly. Srinivasaa Chitturi will bankroll the project.

Naga Chaitanya is currently busy shooting for Vikram Kumar’s web series ‘Dootha’. As soon as Naga Chaitanya wraps the web series, Venkat Prabhu will start filming the movie. Pooja Hegde is likely to play the female lead. 

Yuvan Shankar Raja will compose music.
