Telugucinema.com recently reported that producer Dil Raju bid on the distribution rights for NTR’s upcoming “Devara” film, which is set to be released in October. The first part of “Devara” is still in production, but the producers are receiving favorable theatrical offers.
While we stated that Dil Raju offered Rs 120-140 crore for theatrical rights in Telugu states, some news outlets reported that Sithara Entertainments acquired the rights.
Producer Naga Vamsi of Sithara Entertainments slammed these ‘updates’ and news reports, calling them untrue.
“There is no truth in the “images” and “updates” being circulated on social media. Any official update about our Production or Distribution will be announced through us and US, ONLY. Kindly refrain from believing in rumours from any other sources,” he posted on X.com.
Koratala Siva’s “Devara” stars NTR in a dual role. The film stars Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead. Sudhakar Mikkilineni and Harikrishna are producing it.
