Nagarjuna has a strong sentiment with Mysore region. For his films, he prefers to film village sequences near Mysore. He did the same for “Manam”, “Soggade Chinni Nayana”, and “Banggaraju”.
He plans to do the same for his upcoming film, Naa Saami Ranga.
Next week, the crew will film some village shots in Mysore. In this film, Nagarjuna is paired with Kannada actress Ashika Ranganath. The period drama is directed by newbie Vijay Binny and stars Allari Naresh and Raj Tharun in crucial roles.
Although “Naa Saami Ranga” is slated for Sankranthi 2024, it is unlikely to make it to the festival period.
