That Nandamuri Balakrishna and director Puri Jagannadh share a great rapport needs no mention. Although their first collaboration ‘Paisa Vasool’ didn’t set cash registers ringing, Balakrishna and Puri are maintaining the same friendship. What’s more, Balayya visited the sets of Puri’s ongoing project, Liger.
LIGER (Saala Crossbreed) features Vijay Deverakonda. An action sequence on Vijay Deverakonda and foreign fighters are currently being shot in Goa.
On Wednesday, Nandamuri Balakrishna visited the sets, as the shooting of his ‘Akhanda’ is also taking place in Goa.
“Balakrishna is all praises for the makers as he is spellbound by the grandness of the set. He has appreciated the makers for mounting the movie on a huge scale. Balakrishna also liked Vijay Deverakonda’s look in the movie. He then blessed the team and also wished Liger will become a huge blockbuster,” the team said in a press release.
Vijay Deverakonda plays a boxer in this sports drama, and Ananya Panday plays opposite him. In association with Puri connects, the film is being produced jointly by Bollywood’s leading production house Dharma Productions.
