Nayanthara and Samantha, the two female superstars of the South Indian film industry, are acting together for the first time. They are the female lead in the Tamil movie ‘Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal’ that has Vijay Sethupathi as the hero.
The film is directed by Nayanthara’s fiance Vignesh Shivan.
Nayanthara and Samantha have not shared screen space until now. They will join the shoot of this film from Tuesday in Hyderabad.
Samantha has not faced a movie camera in 2020 so far. She is returning to a film shoot nearly after one year.
