NBK112: Balakrishna and Koratala Siva film gets launch date

Nandamuri Balakrishna is currently busy shooting for his upcoming film, tentatively titled NBK111, under the direction of Gopichand Malineni. With that project progressing at a brisk pace, preparations are now underway for his next venture, NBK112.

Marking the first-ever collaboration between Balakrishna and director Koratala Siva, NBK112 will be formally launched on June 25. The pooja ceremony will be held at the TTD Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple in Venkatapalem, near Andhra Pradesh’s capital region.

Andhra Pradesh ministers Nara Lokesh and Kandula Durgesh will attend the event as chief guests. The film will be jointly produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri and Sudhakar Mikkilineni under the banners of SLV Cinemas and Yuvasudha Arts.

The makers are expected to commence regular shooting shortly after the launch. Anirudh Ravichander has been roped in to compose the music for the film.

For Koratala Siva, this will be the seventh film of his directorial career following “Mirchi”, “Srimanthudu”, “Janatha Garage”, “Bharat Ane Nenu”, “Acharya”, and “Devara”.
