Netflix announces ‘OG’ premiere date

Pawan Kalyan’s “OG” is now set for its OTT premiere. The film will debut on Netflix on October 23.

“Watch They Call Him OG, streaming from 23 October on Netflix in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam,” the platform announced in a statement.

“OG”, or “They Call Him OG, is a gangster drama directed by Sujeeth and produced by DVV Danayya. The film emerged as the biggest hit of Pawan Kalyan’s career, grossing more than $5.5 million in North America and becoming one of the all-time highest-grossing Telugu films overseas.

The film stars Priyanka Arul Mohan as the female lead. Buoyed by its success, Pawan Kalyan has confirmed that he will continue to be part of the OG franchise, hinting at a sequel.
