Nidhhi Agerwal has shared insights into the financial realities of being a film actress, revealing the significant expenses involved in maintaining a celebrity lifestyle.
The actress, who was recently seen in Hari Hara Veera Mallu and The Raja Saab, has not announced a new project yet despite earlier expectations of multiple big films. In the meantime, she has been focusing on brand endorsements and commercial appearances, which continue to provide a steady source of income.
In a recent interview, Nidhhi stated that being an actress comes with high recurring costs.
According to her, a minimum of Rs 5 lakh per month goes into essentials such as travel, accommodation, fitness, diet, and overall lifestyle maintenance. She added that expenses on personal staff are additional.
While leading male stars often command massive paychecks, actresses generally earn less despite having comparable expenses to maintain their image and fitness.
Her comments highlight the pressure on actresses to constantly invest in their appearance and public image while managing fluctuating income streams.
