Niharika wears her mom’s saree for Pellikuthuru function
Niharika is enjoying every moment of her pre-wedding celebrations. Her pellikuthuru function, a very important part of the Telugu wedding traditions, was held the other day in a big way.
To make it more memorable, the actress opted for a saree from her mother’s closet for this function.
She wore the same sari that her mother wore when she got engaged to Naga Babu. So, Niharika chose to wear her mother’s silk saree for her pellikuthuru function. Posting the picture, she captioned, “my mother’s engagement saree. 32 years.”
Niharika will tie the knot with Venkata Chaitanya on December 9 in Udaipur. Niharika is the daughter of actor Naga Babu. The actress has decided to quit films.
