Nithiin banks on entertainment quotient in ‘Robinhood’

Nithiin needs to deliver a hit, as his previous films were duds. To regain his form, he joined hands with ‘Bheeshma’ director Venky Kudumula for “Robinhood.” The film is packaged as an entertainer.

Venky Kudumula, like his guru Trivikram, presents his films in an hilarious manner. Nithiin is banking on this. He believes that people will appreciate him in comedic roles. With Sreeleela playing the female lead and the trend of comedy-oriented films becoming blockbusters, Nithiin is confident of scoring a hit with this film.

Scheduled for release on March 28, “Robinhood” features music by GV Prakash Kumar. Mythri Movie Makers is producing the film. The makers are also releasing videos with comedy being the main focus.

Nithiin has another film, “Thammudu,” gearing up for release. He will also start working on Yellamma, a film by director Venu Yeldandi of “Balagam” fame.
