No pregnancy signs as Sobhita appears at MMI Season 6

Recent rumours suggesting that Sobhita Dhulipala is expecting her first child with husband Naga Chaitanya had gone viral on social media, sparking widespread speculation.

Adding to the buzz, her father-in-law and star actor Nagarjuna Akkineni was recently asked by the media about becoming a grandfather. He responded intriguingly, saying that he would share the news with the media “when the right time comes,” further fuelling curiosity.

However, Sobhita put an end to the speculation by making a public appearance at the sixth edition of Margazhiyil Makkal Isai (MMI). She attended the event as the chief guest on Day 3, which marked the grand finale of the festival in Chennai. The three-day cultural event, presented by filmmaker Pa. Ranjith and his Neelam Cultural Centre, was held at Pachaiyappa’s College Grounds from December 26 to 28, 2025.

Sobhita appeared cheerful and confident as she posed for the cameras, with no visible signs suggesting pregnancy.

Sobhita and Naga Chaitanya tied the knot in December 2024 after dating for nearly two years. The couple recently celebrated their wedding anniversary.
