NTR launches gripping ‘Mrithyunjay’ trailer

Sree Vishnu celebrates his birthday today, and marking the occasion, the makers of “Mrithyunjay” unveiled the film’s trailer. NTR did the honours by launching it on social media.

The film marks the debut production venture of Sandeep Gunnam along with Vinaya Chilakapati. Sandeep shares a close bond with NTR, who praised his friend’s maiden production in a heartfelt note, calling the script unique and the trailer packed with gripping intensity.

The trailer presents Sree Vishnu as a rookie officer who begins unraveling a chilling mystery after being denied a Crime Bureau posting. With tense chases and cryptic clues involving children, the narrative builds intrigue before ending on an emotional twist. The film appears to blend investigative drama elements with strong sentiment.

Directed by Hussain Sha Kiran, the film features Reba Monica John in the role of a cop, marking her second collaboration with Sree Vishnu. M. M. Keeravani’s son Kaala Bhairava is composing the music. The project has been gaining momentum with support from filmmakers and actors including S. S. Rajamouli and Ram Pothineni, besides NTR.

“Mrithyunjay” is set for release on March 6.
