India launched ‘Operation Sindoor’ in response to the devastating Pahalgam attack. In the early hours of Wednesday morning, at precisely 1:44 AM, the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force carried out coordinated precision strikes on terrorist infrastructure located in Pakistan and Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (PoK). This marked a historic tri-services operation.
The strikes were a direct retaliation for the Pahalgam attack on April 22, which claimed the lives of 26 innocent civilians.
According to media reports, nine terrorist bases from where attacks were being planned and coordinated were targeted during the overnight operation.
The entire nation lauded Operation Sindoor. Celebrities from the Telugu film industry were quick to react. Many celebs posted patriotic messages and shared images related to the operation on social media. Many hailed the Indian armed forces and expressed solidarity with the government, emphasizing unity and national pride with messages of “Jai Hind.”
