Romantic drama “Godari Gattupaina, set against the scenic backdrop of the Godavari, is gearing up for a theatrical release on May 8. The film stars Sumanth Prabhas as the lead hero. Nidhi Pradeep is the heroine.
The film is directed by debutant Subash Chandra and produced by Abhinav under Red Puppet Productions. Jagapathi Babu appears in a pivotal role.
The makers have scheduled paid premiere shows a day ahead of the official release. Around seven shows are planned in Hyderabad on May 7 starting from 9.45PM, and bookings are currently open. Interestingly, Sumanth Prabhas’ previous film “Mem Famous” also followed a similar premiere strategy.

The film will rely heavily on positive word of mouth from these early screenings to make an impact at the box office.
