Pawan Kalyan sounds the clapboard for Mega158 launch

Mega 158, the 158th film of megastar Chiranjeevi, has officially begun. The film’s formal launch ceremony was held on Thursday morning in Hyderabad, with Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and actor Pawan Kalyan attending as the chief guest.

Pawan Kalyan sounded the clapboard for the first shot, which was filmed on his brother Chiranjeevi, making the launch event special for mega fans.

Directed by Bobby Kolli, the film is being produced by K Venkata Narayana under the KVN Productions banner.

The project had reportedly faced hurdles earlier due to the producer’s financial issues. However, the problems have now been resolved, and the film officially went on floors with the pooja ceremony.

S. Thaman is composing the music, while Vijay Kannan is handling cinematography and Avinash Kolla is serving as the production designer.
