Payal Ghosh: I am suffering from depression
Payal Ghosh who acted in films such as ‘Prayanam’ and NTR’s ‘Oosaravelli’ revealed that she has been suffering from depression from the past five years and she also often takes medicines. Payal Ghosh said whenever she gets panic attacks, she calls up her friends and family members for help and comes out of the depression.
Payal Ghosh mentioned all these on social media handle while pouring out thoughts about the importance of mental health. She was saddened and deeply disturbed by the demise of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The actor reportedly was going through a depression.
Payal Ghosh asked her followers to seek the help of family members and friends to be healthy mentally.
