Peddi indefinitely postponed, official announcement soon

Ram Charan’s “Peddi” is not arriving in theaters this month. The film, which was earlier pushed from March 27 to April 30, has now been postponed again due to pending production work.
The postponement is indefinite. Overseas distributors have been informed not to open advance bookings this month. A new release date will be announced soon. Since the film has already been delayed twice, the team is being cautious this time before locking a fresh date.
Ram Charan plays a rural sportsman in this film directed by Buchi Babu. Produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru, “Peddi” is one of the most-awaited action dramas and has generated strong buzz among fans and audiences. However, the ongoing production delays have forced another rescheduling.
With music composed by AR Rahman, the film still needs to complete two songs and a few talkie portions.
As of now, the film could arrive either in the first week of June or the last week of June, depending on how quickly the remaining work is wrapped up. However, sources close to Telugucinema.com say the team is in no hurry to announce a date, as further delays are still a possibility if production takes more time.
