The shoot of Prabhas’s ‘Radhe Shyam’ is going on like a never-ending process. Exhausted by shooting for the movie for more than three and half years, Prabhas suggested the director Radha Krishna Kumar not shoot the remaining son.
Prabhas wanted not to include another romantic duet in the final edit. The director had agreed to this suggestion and the unit thought they had wrapped the entire film.
But the latest reports say the Hindi version’s producer has requested to add the duet in the film as it would help them promote the film better. T Series which bought the Hindi rights for a whopping Rs 120 crore is banking on the romantic songs of this film. They promote songs aggressively. So, Prabhas and Pooja Hegde need to come together to finish the duet.
‘Radhe Shyam’ was earlier planned for July 2021 release. But now the film has indefinitely been postponed. The makers will have to film the remaining song once the shootings resume in the coming months.
Directed by Radha Krishna Kumar and produced by UV Creations and Gopi Krishna Movies, ‘Radhe Shyam’ is a period drama set in Europe. It is a romantic tale with action elements.
