Director Prashanth Neel is not wasting his time. He is filming Prabhas starrer ‘Salaar’ with precise planning. The shoot is progressing at a rapid pace. The makes have now also confirmed its release date. ‘Salaar’ will release on April 14, 2022.
Completing the production of ‘KGF 2’, Prashanth Neel has moved to Prabhas’s film in January this year and began the first schedule in Ramagundam in Telangana. Said to be a massive action thriller, Prabhas is playing the role of a youngster who takes on the mining mafia.
Shruti Haasan has been cast as Prabhas’s love interest.
Produced by Vijay Kiragandur of Hombale Films, ‘Salaar’ will release in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam languages simultaneously. This will be Prabhas’s immediate release after ‘Radhe Shyam’, which is releasing this July.
In 2022, Prabhas will have two releases – ‘Salaar’ (April 14) and ‘Adipurush’ (August).
