Director Puri Jagannadh and Vijay Deverakonda are collaborating for the second time. They have first teamed up for ‘Liger’, a pan-India project, which will be released on August 25. Even before the release of their project, they have decided to commence another one.
Titled ‘Jana Gana Mana’, the patriotic movie will begin the regular shoot in April. The first shooting schedule will take place in South Africa. Producer Charmme and director Puri Jagannadh have already begun their pre-production work.
Vijay Deverakonda will transform to play the role in ‘Jana Gana Mana’. He grew his hair for ‘Liger’, but he will have to sport ‘military cut’ for this new film.
Puri Jagannadh and Charmme Kaur will bankroll the project. Charmee is trying to rope in Janhvi Kapoor to play the female lead.
