Superstar Rajinikanth was recently awarded the prestigious Dada Saheb Phalke award. He had returned from Delhi to Chennai yesterday. A day later, he suddenly was admitted to a Chennai hospital.

Rajinikanth was admitted to Kauvery Hospital in Chennai on October 28. According to PTI, the actor is stable. He was admitted for a routine check-up, his PR team said.
Rajinikanth will next be seen in ‘Peddhanna’. The film will be released on November 4th on the eve of Deepavali. The brother-sister sentiment drama is the first release for the actor since ‘Darbar’ (2020).
‘Peddhanna’ is one of the most-awaited movies. Rajinikanth has not begun promotions for the film yet.
