Megastar Chiranjeevi and his son Ram Charan are going to share screen space in the upcoming ‘Acharya’. They are shooting together in the deep forests near Rampachodavaram in the East Godavari district. Ram Charan says he is enjoying every moment with his dad on the sets.
Although Chiranjeevi made guest appearances in Ram Charan movies like ‘Magadheera’ and ‘Bruce Lee’, it is the first time that they are acting together in full-fledged roles. ‘Acharya’ marks this rare combination. Overwhelmed by the experience of acting with his dad, Ram Charan took to social media to share his joy. He posted a picture of his father placing his hand on his shoulder.
“A Comrade moment! Enjoying every moment with Dad and Koratala Siva on Acharya sets,” he wrote.
Ram Charan is to be seen as Siddha, a student leader in the film, while Chiranjeevi plays the titular character.
Directed by Siva Koratala and produced by Matinee Entertainments, ‘Acharya’ is slated for May 13th release. The first look of Ram Charan will be unveiled from the film on 27th March on the occasion of his birthday.
