Ram Charan’s Peddi: BTS of Sri Lanka shoot out

Ram Charan’s “Peddi” is creating a massive buzz across the industry. The sports drama, directed by Uppena fame Buchi Babu Sana, is said to be an emotionally charged story set in a rural backdrop. The film also stars Janhvi Kapoor, making it her second Telugu movie after Devara.

Peddi: Sri Lanka schedule underway

The team of “Peddi” has begun a fresh shooting schedule in Sri Lanka, where key sequences and a romantic song featuring Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor are being shot in scenic locations. The makers shared the film’s first behind-the-scenes (BTS) photos, which feature cinematographer R. Rathnavelu and director Buchi Babu Sana near a stunning railway tunnel.

Peddi’s First song soon

Adding to the excitement, strong buzz suggests that A.R. Rahman, who is composing the film’s music, might unveil the first song from “Peddi” during his upcoming Hyderabad concert on November 8, 2025, at Ramoji Film City. If true, the moment will mark a spectacular start to the film’s musical campaign.
