According to her, remuneration is largely dictated by market dynamics.
“At the end of the day, it’s simple. You ask for what you’re worth, and you’ll get it. That’s been my experience,” she said.
She further added, “I know my market value and what I bring to the table. I only quote what I deserve — nothing more, nothing less.”
