It was the first time that he shared screen space with Pawan Kalyan. “I have heard many things about him, but getting to him up close is a different thing. He is a pure soul,” he said excitedly on his working experience with Pawan Kalyan.

“I have worked with many stalwarts in my career. Each film is a learning experience. I gained a lot of knowledge from the wisdom of Trivikram and Pawan Kalyan,” he said.

“The changes that were done to the Malayalam base have worked well. Ayyapanum Koshiyum is a great movie, but it is verbose. Director Saagar Chandra and Trivikram have changed it beautifully to suit our sensibilities. Saagar got good control of the set. He is all well-versed with film’s genres,” he further elaborated.

Rana also mentioned that his father Suresh Babu gave the best compliment. What is his favorite dialogue in the film? “Ey unnava poyaava in the climax fight is my favourite,” he replied.

Rana also denied the possibility of doing a sequel to the hit film.
