RAPO22: Set against the film industry backdrop?

Stepping away from high-octane action dramas and mass entertainers, Ram Pothineni is gearing up for a fresh cinematic experience with his 22nd film, referred to as #RAPO22. Directed by P. Mahesh Babu, known for ‘Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty’, this project promises a unique storyline.

Our exclusive information is that the film is set against the backdrop of the film industry, with Ram Pothineni playing a character who works within it. Adding to the excitement, a prominent senior star might join the cast.

Ram essays the role of Sagar, while Bhagyashri Borse plays his love interest, Mahalaxmi. It’s been a while since Telugu cinema explored this theme – the last notable film being Ye Maaya Chesave, starring Naga Chaitanya and Samantha.

The film’s music is composed by Vivek and Mervin, the talented Tamil composers duo. Backed by Mythri Movie Makers, RAPO22 is set to hit the screens later this year.
