Rashmika Mandanna is one of the top actresses in India. She has also emerged as a true pan-Indian star following the massive success of “Pushpa” and “Animal.” But she is not in rush to sign more biggies. Despite receiving numerous offers from major production companies and top filmmakers, the actress prefers more time to sign new projects.
She currently has five films in production, but her primary focus has been on completing three major projects. They are “Pushpa 2”, Dhanush-Sekhar Kammula’s Untitled Filmm and the new Bollywood film “Chaava”. These are big-budget films with pan-India appeal.
The shooting for “Pushpa 2” is expected to be completed by June or July. Dhanush-Sekhar Kammula’s film will be completed by August. But first, she’ll finish a female-oriented project called “The Girlfriend,” directed by Rahul Ravindran. As a result, she will be able to devote more time to new films and the Hindi film “Chaava” from June or July.
Her Tamil-Telugu bilingual project “Rainbow” has been shelved. So, she is now focusing on completing the three major projects mentioned above.
There were also rumors that Rashmika Mandanna had significantly increased her remuneration for these projects, but the actress denied these claims.
